Specialists in Complex Care

Our team of regional clinical nurse managers combine over 85 years’ experience in the field of clinical management and nursing. These nurse managers act as the backbone of our service, providing essential support and guidance to our staff. They offer peace of mind and confidence to families that our care teams are continually assessed and advised in their duties.

Specialists in the transition from acute hospital settings back to adapted home environments, we support children and adults with a variety of complex needs, including:

  • Invasive & Non-Invasive Ventilators (specialising in tracheostomy care)
  • Skin Disorders
  • Life-Limiting Illnesses

The governance and management of our complex homecare service is directed by a team of highly qualified professionals with a mission to deliver the highest standards of care. Our Clinical Risk Manager and team of Nurse Managers provide oversight and constant support to our front-line services.

Quality & Safety Governance Committee.

Quality and safety are our utmost priorities. Guided by the HSE Quality & Safety Clinical Governance Development Initiative, we have developed a robust clinical governance framework, which is interlinked with our corporate risk register and risk management framework. A key element of this framework is a board-appointed Quality & Safety Governance Committee.

Bolstering all of this is our Senior Management team – highly qualified and experienced health service managers, responsible for the development and delivery of our services – including a National Operations Manager, Human Resources Manager, Financial Controller, Business Manager, as well as our Clinical Risk Manager.
