Principal Clinical Psychologist 

Has practised extensively for over 20 years as a Clinical Psychologist in the area of children’s and young adult’s services

Particular expertise in diagnostic assessments of children

Has worked across a wide variety of specialities, in both acute and community services

 

Gina Mullis | PgDipClinPsych., M.Sc.

Senior Clinical Psychologist 

Several years’ international experience as a Clinical Psychologist, concentrating her work in mental health and disability

Specialist field is in the provision of assessment and intervention services

Provides further support to many of our services users receiving respite, residential or homecare support

 

Elaine Sweetman | B.A, H.Dip, B.Sc.

Occupational Therapy Manager

Primary focus on working with children, young people and adults with intellectual disability and autism

Experience working in both public and private health sector

Provides assessments and interventions to children currently awaiting access to services, as part of a multidisciplinary approach

 

Sinead Coughlan | M.A. Communications Disorders, B.Sc. Speech & Hearing Science

Speech & Language Therapist

Over 10 years’ international experience working with people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability

Experience designing direct and indirect interventions for children and young adults from various cultural backgrounds

Specialist knowledge in assessment, diagnosis and treatment of communication impairments in children and young people with emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties

Project Manager

Experienced project manager in the healthcare sector.

Clinical Risk Manager

14 years’ experience in clinical risk management and quality assurance

International experience of delivering services to JCIA accreditation, (the highest of quality accreditations in healthcare)

Experience as an ISO9001 Lead Auditor

Significant background in developing and implementing comprehensive risk management frameworks

We operate a mobile Therapy Service – we work on site, or in a nearby location to where the referrals come from, reducing commuting issues and improving attendance rates.
